The WAHS WILDCAT Marching Band thanks you for your support of our band program. Your donation to FRIENDS OF THE BAND will
help fund music, instrument, and uniform purchases, support travel to marching competitions and fund the refurbishing of our
new travel tractor trailer. We appreciate your willingness to help our communitys
band program and offer you various levels of support. ALL donors will be recognized
in all print materials for the band program. Certain monetary levels of donors
will have additional recognition opportunities as noted in the donor level descriptions.
Wildcat Pride: Contributions of $1000.00 or more
- Logo on travel tractor trailer.
- Donor name on WILDCAT Friends of the Band 2003-2004 signage.
- WILDCAT logo seal to display
in business window noting you to our band family as a Friends of the Band.
- Two (2) preferred seating
passes for all indoor, local band performances.
Conductor Level:Contributions of $500.00 or more.

Meeting Minutes
Tuesday, January 20,2004
The meeting was called to order by John Burbage. He thanked the phone tree committee for doing an outstanding
job.
Secretarys November 18th Meeting Minutes was accepted without corrections.
Treasurers Report - Treasurer reported account balance of $4,097.00. Over $4000.00 was collected from the
Boston Butt Sales, $500.00 profit from the Fruit Sales which was applied towards band fees, and $7000.00 in outstanding band
fees.
Mr. Wingate announced that West Ashley High School will be hosting the Winter Guard & Percussion Competition on Saturday, March 6, 2004. PJ Johnson will be
coordinating committees and volunteers to serve the event.
Winter Guard and Percussion band fees are $50.00.
The Wind Ensemble will be performing on Friday, February 6th at North Charleston Performing Arts Center.
The Spring
Concert will be held on Sunday, May 16, 2004.
Kim Sexton and Joyce Ishmael are the chairpersons for the bands garage sale which will
be held on Saturday, April 17, 2004. Please donate items that can be sold.

McCartney for their dedication and hard work on the Boston Butt Sale, Kim Sexton and Joyce Ishmael for heading up the garage
sale and PJ Johnson for being in charge of the Winter Guard and Percussion Competition.
Chaperones are needed
for the Wind Assemble performance on February
6, 2004 at the North Charleston Performing Art Center.
New Comments:
Volunteers are needed to serve as next year
band boosters officers.
Special presentation will be given to truck drivers for pulling the band trailer to various
competitions.
